Kasus diatas sering terjadi. Ada baiknya saat mengganti record DNS di sebuah domain, kita tunggu hingga beberapa saat sampai kita mencoba mengaksesnya kembali. Kalau saya merekomendasikan minimum 30 menit. Jika memang belum bisa, bisa dicoba menggunakan komputer/device lain yang belum pernah mengakses domain tersebut.

Jika di device lain sudah bisa diakses, namun di komputer/device yang dipakai sekarang belum bisa, maka solusinya adalah clear cache DNS. Ada beberapa lapis cache DNS, yakni di komputer dan di browser. Ada baiknya kita melakukan clear cache pada keduanya supaya semuanya benar-benar bersih. Lagipula DNS record hanya beberapa bytes, jadi tidak akan masalah jika harus melakukan request ulang.
Cara clear cache dns pada Windows
Untuk melakukan clear cache DNS pada Windows, caranya sangat mudah. Pertama-tama, kalian harus tahu apa itu Command Prompt. Tak tahu? Oke, googling dulu. Selanjutnya buka Command Prompt. Setelah jendela command prompt terbuka, ketik saja ipconfig /flushdns lalu tekan enter.
Sudah, selesai. Cache DNS di komputer kalian sudah kosong.
Cara clear cache DNS pada browser Chrome
Berhubung aku lebih banyak menggunakan Chrome daripada Firefox, maka kali ini yang akan aku bahas adalah Chrome. Cara clear DNS di Chrome juga cukup mudah. Buka Chrome, jika sudah terbuka sebelumnya, buka tab baru. Ketik saja chrome://net-internals#dns di address bar. Setelah itu tekan tombol Clear host cache.
Voila! Cache DNS browser Chrome kalian sudah hilang.
