Memahami Pesan Kebaikan dari Pohon Pisang
Pisang, pohon yang habitat aslinya adalah hutan Amazon di Amerika Selatan ini ternyata membawa banyak pelajaran bagi manusia. Kita dapat mengambil pelajaran dari pohon pisang melalui daur hidup dan perilakunya.

Apa yang anda pikirkan jika mendengar kata pisang? Bagi sebagian orang, pisang identik dengan monyet. Entah siapa yang pertama mengatakan bahwa monyet makan pisang. Faktanya monyet tidak hanya makan pisang, monyet itu omnivora, memakan apa saja yang bisa dimakan.
Kata pisang sering juga menjadi kata ganti untuk menyebut alat kelamin pria. Kenapa? Ya memang bentuknya mirip. 😀 Namun sebagian besar orang berpikir bahwa pisang itu buah yang murah dan kulitnya bisa bikin orang terpeleset.
Filosofi hidup pohon pisang
Mungkin ada baiknya kita tidak sekedar menikmati buah pisang saja. Kita bisa mulai mengamati pohon pisang. Ada banyak hal yang bisa kita petik dari pohon pisang, selain buahnya. Berikut adalah beberapa pelajaran yang bisa kita dapatkan dari pohon pisang.
- Pisang itu simbol regenerasi.
Setahu saya, pohon pisang hanya berbuah sekali saja. Habis itu pohon pisang akan memiliki “anak”. Pohonnya akan mati setelah memiliki anak. “Anak” inilah yang akan membesar dan berbuah, lalu punya anak lagi dan mati, begitu seterusnya.Hikmah dari daur hidup pohon pisang ini adalah regenerasi. Manusia yang tua, sudah seharusnya mengalah dan menyerahkan urusan kepada yang lebih muda. Tidak ada manusia yang terus berkuasa selamanya. Jika sudah merasa tua dan tidak mampu, akan lebih baik digantikan oleh yang lebih muda.
- Pisang itu tidak pendendam.
Untuk mengambil buahnya, pohon pisang harus dipotong, minimal bagian tandannya. Meskipun pohon pisang disakiti, namun ia tidak menyuruh anaknya untuk balas dendam, misalnya dengan berbuah yang pahit atau beracun. Apa yang dapat kita pelajari dari hal ini?Manusia seringnya mewariskan dendam kepada keturunannya. Seorang bapak yang pernah disakiti orang, akan menceritakan kepada anaknya. Padahal sang anak tak ada urusan dengan orang yang menyakiti itu. Pohon pisang hanya mewariskan kebaikan, tidak keburukan. Seharusnya, begitulah manusia kepada keturunannya.
- Semua bagian tubuh pisang bermanfaat.
Mulai dari akar hingga buah pisang, semuanya bermanfaat. Bahkan saat masih mentah pun, buahnya sudah dapat kita manfaatkan. Ini memberikan pelajaran bagi kita bahwa dalam keadaan seperti apapun, kita harus bermanfaat bagi sesama. Manfaat diri kita minimal adalah sebesar kemampuan kita.Oleh karena itu jika kita adalah pelajar, ya belajar yang baik. Jika kita pekerja, maka bekerja yang baik dan giat. Semua orang yang bertindak positif, pasti membawa manfaat bagi orang lain, entah itu secara langsung atau tak langsung.
Demikian sekelumit pelajaran yang bisa kita ambil dari daur hidup pohon pisang. Kita harus ingat bahwa Allah tidak hanya mengajar manusia lewat kitab suci saja. Dia Yang Maha Kuasa juga mengajar kita lewat alam, yang juga ciptaanNya. Bagaimana menurut pendapat anda?
