Memang tidak ada manusia yang sempurna dan ideal dengan keinginan kita. Tetapi sebenarnya ada beberapa aturan umum yang berlaku bagi wanita yang memilih pira. Terlepas dari eksistensi cinta diantara keduanya, memilih jodoh yang utama adalah berdasarkan agama, harta, fisik dan keturunan. Itu idealnya, namun saya akan membahas sesuatu yang lebih konkrit.
#1. Aqidah adalah hal yang utama
Berhubung saya Islam, saya hanya membahas agama Islam disini. Seorang pria yang cocok sebagai pasangan adalah yang memiliki aqidah yang lurus. Aqidah keimanan yang pasti dan lurus, dimana tidak ada keraguan bagi yang menyakininya. Dalam Islam tentu yang dimaksud adalah sejauh mana ia beriman kepada Allah dan manifestasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya.
Kata kakek saya, aqidah yang lurus akan membawa seseorang pada akhlak dan ibadah yang baik. Seorang pria dengan aqidah yang lurus dapat menuntun keluarganya menuju ke jalan yang benar. Ia akan selalu berusaha memberi makanan yang halal bagi keluarganya, bertanggungjawab dan selalu mengayomi, sesulit apapun keadaan yang ia hadapi. Pria yang aqidahnya lemah akhirnya gampang galau dan tidak cocok untuk menjadi pemimpin.
#2. Perlakuan kepada keluarga dan orang lain
Poin nomor satu mungkin terlalu sulit terlihat. Aqidah memang sulit disentuh karena ada di dalam hati. Namun untuk yang ini lebih mudah terlihat. Seperti yang tadi dibahas, aqidah yang baik akan membawa akhlak dan ibadah yang baik. Maka dari itu sebagai wanita yang baik, kepekaan terhadap tindak tanduk calon suami adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Ingat, bahwa sikap adalah manifestasi dari keimanan seseorang.
Bagaimana seorang pria memperlakukan orang lain, terutama keluarganya adalah cerminan bagaimana nanti pasangannya akan diperlakukan. Yang paling terlihat mudah dikenali adalah bagaimana seorang pria memperlakukan orangtuanya. Jika seorang pria begitu sayang dengan orangtua, terutama ibunya, maka dia akan sayang dengan istrinya. Lihat juga bagaimana pandangannya terhadap wanita karena itulah pandangannya terhadap pasangannya.
#3. Gali rencana hidup pria calon suami anda
Pria yang baik selalu memiliki rencana dan gagasan dalam hidupnya pada jangka pendek, menengah maupun panjang. Ia tahu sekarang sedang berada di mana dan akan kemana beberapa saat lagi. Hal ini akan menjamin kehidupan anda bersamanya akan selalu dipenuhi dengan kemajuan. Jikapun gagal, pria yang memiliki rencana pasti akan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatasi kegagalannya dan membuat rencana yang lain. Pria yang memiliki rencana adalah pria yang memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam mengarungi hidup bersama anda.
Sebaliknya, pria yang tidak memiliki rencana akan membawa anda terombang ambing di lautan kehidupan yang tanpa kepastian. Ia hanya akan berlayar kemana angin membawa biduk rumah tangga anda. Tentu saja hal ini sangat tidak diinginkan oleh wanita sebab membina keluarga perlu kestabilan. Untuk itu memilih pria yang memiliki tata rencana yang baik dalam kehidupannya dapat menjamin kestabilan dan kesejahteraan anda.
Untuk itulah wanita harus pandai dalam memilih pasangan. Jika anda menemui hal negatif pada calon pasangan yang berdampak besar pada kehidupan, selalu ingat bahwa orang bisa berubah. Namun perubahan itu seyogyanya terjadi sebelum melangkah ke jenjang yang serius. Masalah fisik dan keturunan tak perlu dibahas karena merupakan hal relatif. Menua dalam satu lingkungan bersama itu butuh persiapan yang lebih besar, tidak hanya masalah fisik dan keturunan semata.
Bayangkan anda menjadi tua, membesarkan anak, melakukan semua hal bersama-sama mulai dari bangun pagi sampai tidur malam, selama-lamanya. Pasti akan membosankan jika anda memilih pria yang salah. Seperti sebuah pepatah bilang, hidup ini terlalu singkat untuk dihabiskan bersama orang yang salah, bagaimana menurut anda?
