Membeli Pulsa Online Mudah dengan OPulsa
Bisa dibilang, saya suka membeli sesuatu secara online. Soalnya saya tidak perlu kemana-mana. Ya tentu saja untuk sesuatu yang tidak bisa dibeli secara offline. Khusus pulsa, meskipun di dekat kantor ada konter jual pulsa, saya selalu lebih suka beli pulsa online.
Kesukaan saya membeli pulsa secara online adalah karena kecepatan transaksinya. Beberapa tahun lalu, saya sering beli pulsa ke konter, tapi seringkali pulsanya lambat masuk, bahkan pernah ada yang 6 jam baru masuk. Bahkan pernah pulsanya tidak masuk sama sekali. Saya cek, pulsa saya tidak bertambah.
Pulsa katanya sudah masuk, kok ga ada?
Pas komplain kok katanya pulsa sudah masuk. Dan melayanglah duit 50 ribu rupiah, soalnya bingung saya mo komplain gimana lagi. Lha yang jaga konter kasi liat SMS reply dari providernya dia dan disitu tertera pulsanya sudah sukses masuk ke nomer saya. Nah, aneh kan?
Berhubung saya tidak ikhlas duit saya diembat dengan cara seperti itu, makanya saya beli online. Ya memang sih ga semua konter jual pulsa seperti itu. Namun saya menemukan kenyamanan bertransaksi via online. Sejauh ini saya bertransaksi via online di tiga tempat, yakni iBanking BCA, Mang Pulsa dan OPulsa.
Khusus iBanking BCA, saya hanya gunakan untuk pulsa dengan nominal besar dan membutuhkan kecepatan yang signifikan. Soalnya hanya cukup sekali transaksi saja. Sedangkan yang kedua terakhir, saya gunakan untuk nominal kecil atau yang tidak ada pada iBanking BCA, misalnya paket SMS Indosat atau paket internet Tri.
Mang Pulsa yang sekarang jadi Aki Pulsa
Pada awalnya saya menggunakan Mang Pulsa, layanannya baik, kurang lebih maksimal 10 menit pulsa sudah masuk. Namun belakangan layanannya tidak responsif lagi. Sangat mengecewakan dan menyebalkan. Dan puncaknya paling parah terjadi bulan lalu, saat saya mengisi pulsa untuk SMS Center web developer jogja tempat saya bekerja.
Butuh waktu 24 jam untuk pulsanya masuk. CS nya tidak lagi responsif, komplain saya baru dijawab besoknya. Layanan yang buruk membuat saya berpikir bahwa ini adalah terakhir kalinya saya membeli di Mang Pulsa. Karena kejadian terakhir inilah saya akhirnya beli pulsa dobel. Lha kirain bakalan dibatalkan, ternyata diproses juga hari berikutnya.
Beli pulsa online lewat OPulsa, lebih cepat!
Mulai saat itu saya memutuskan untuk membeli lewat OPulsa saja. Hm, ini bukan artikel pesanan lho ya. Saya memang menyukai sistem OPulsa, makanya saya bahas disini. OPulsa ini semuanya serba otomatis. Tinggal pesan, bayar, klik konfirmasi, lalu tunggu beberapa saat, pulsa masuk deh.

Gambar diatas adalah form order OPulsa. Tinggal isi seperti gambar diatas, nanti akan dibawa ke halaman lain seperti dibawah ini:
Ringkasan order, berapa jumlah tagihannya dan berita transfernya.
Disitu tertulis berapa jatuh harganya. Diatas saya beli pulsa Telkomsel Simpati untuk teman dengan nominal 25 ribu. Harganya jadi 25.750 rupiah. Kalau 25 ribu, di KlikBCA juga ada, tapi kena fee 1500. Di konter 26 ribu. Ini lebih murah 250 rupiah lho.
Harga yang tertera sudah termasuk kode unik transfer. Jadi jangan diubah-ubah. Kalau sudah milih BCA, ya transfernya via BCA, dengan nominal yang tertera. Beritanya juga diisi dengan berita yang disertakan di halaman summary order itu. Kalau tidak, nanti repot sendiri karena tidak akan diproses oleh sistem.
Setelah kamu transfer via KlikBCA (jika pilih BCA), langsung aja klik Konfirm Transfer. Nanti akan ada semacam progres bar gitu, agak lama dan ditunggu saja. Setelah berhasil, akan muncul persis seperti gambar diatas. Klik Cek Transaksi. Disitu akan terlihat statusnya. Biasanya saya belum sempat buka Cek Transaksi, pulsa sudah masuk.
Kenapa harus OPulsa? Tidak ada yang lain?
Saya memakai OPulsa sudah lama sebenarnya, bareng dengan Mang Pulsa. Berhubung saya rasis dan kedaerahan, saya memilih lebih menggunakan Mang Pulsa karena sama-sama ada di Jogja. Ehm, sebenarnya ga rasis dan kedaerahan sih, insting seperti saya normal kok. Pelanggan pasti kecenderungannya mencari yang dekat.
Cuma berhubung Mang Pulsa sudah tidak bisa diandalkan lagi, ya saya tinggalkan. Sejak akhir tahun lalu sudah bermasalah, namun saya coba bersabar. Siapa tahu hanya masalah manajemen sementara. Tapi apa mau dikata, sampai sekarang masih begitu. Ya harus adil dong jadi orang. Kalau memang tidak baik, ya saya katakan tidak baik.
