Dead Pool, Film Marvel yang Paling Dangkal

Selasa (16/02) lalu saya menonton film Marvel yang berjudul Deadpool di Jogja City Mall XXI. Apa yang terjadi adalah dibawah ekspektasi saya. Sangat mengecewakan.

Selama menonton film-film franchise dari Marvel, baru kali ini saya menemui kekecewaan. Saya tahu kalau film pertama dari superhero Marvel pasti berhubungan dengan “chronicle” atau sejarah terbentuknya. Tetapi apa yang ada dalam film Deadpool ini sungguh diluar apa yang saya bayangkan. Saya menyebutnya film yang sangat dangkal dari semua aspek yang ada.

Deadpool: Humor yang dangkal

Film Deadpool ini banyak menggunakan humor bergaya USA. Kata om Indro Warkop, humor itu paling dekat dengan budaya. Sehingga tidak semua humor dalam Deadpool ini mendapatkan respon dari penonton di sekitar saya. Lha gimana mau lucu, lha wong humornya tidak menjangkau. Ditambah lagi banyak subtitle yang disensor. Maksudnya disensor adalah kalimat yang dituliskan sudah diperhalus, tidak literal sesuai terjemahan asli.

Humor bergaya USA inilah yang menurut saya merupakan kegagalan utama dari Deadpool. Film ini oke saja kalau ditonton orang USA, tetapi aku ragu orang diluar USA dapat menangkap humor yang di dalamnya. Kecuali orang tersebut pernah tinggal di USA atau sering baca situs humor/satir macam Cracked USA, saya tidak yakin mereka paham humor yang disampaikan dalam film ini.

Dibandingkan dengan Iron Man dan Ant Man, Deadpool ini seperti film amatiran. Selain humor bergaya USA, mayoritas humornya berkaitan dengan aktifitas atau hal-hal yang berbau seksual. Bagi saya, ini adalah humor yang sangat dangkal. Humor seksual itu buruk, apalagi disampaikan dengan gaya USA, tambah lebih buruk lagi. Saya bahkan merasa tidak nyaman menonton film ini. Bisa dibilang seperti orang Jawa Tengah nonton berita Pojok Kampung di JTV.

Deadpool: Cerita yang dangkal

Film Deadpool ini bercerita tentang seorang Wade Wilson yang terpaksa menjadi kelinci percobaan mutasi karena mengalami sakit kanker paru-paru stadium akhir. Percobaan ini memang tidak gagal secara tujuan, yakni mengaktifkan gen mutasi yang ada di dalam tubuhnya, namun memiliki efek samping, yakni seluruh kulit di tubuhnya melepuh. Sayang sekali ternyata itu tidak dapat disembuhkan dan dia harus menjadi buruk rupa selamanya.

Buruk rupa inilah yang membuat si Deadpool meninggalkan pasangannya yang berprofesi sebagai pelacur. Ya, pelacur. Jika superhero Marvel yang lain memiliki pasangan yang keren seperti ilmuwan atau CEO perusahaan, Deadpool memiliki pacar seorang pelacur, yang bahkan belum bertobat. Dari sini anda pasti bisa bilang, film macam apa itu? Itu persis yang saya pikirkan saat melihatnya.

Misinya adalah menemukan Francis, orang yang membuatnya menjadi buruk rupa. Sayangnya dalam perjalanannya, justru pasangannya diculik oleh Francis. Deadpool meminta bantuan dua orang anggota X-Men, yakni Colossus dan Negasonic Teenage Warhead. Dua karakter X-Men yang kurang terkenal, bahkan saya sendiri lupa kalau mereka eksis. Berhubung maksa pakai X-Men yang karakternya udah dikontrak perusahaan sebelah, X-Mansion disini kosong.

Padahal tau sendiri kan kalo film X-Men pasti ramai ada para mutan lagi ngerjain apa gitu. Jangan harap ketemu sama profesor Xavier, si seksi Storm atau si keren Wolverine. Yang ada ya cuman dua anggota yang ga jelas diatas. Bisa dibilang ini film low budget yang keterlaluan. Memang sih bagian ini dijadikan humor, dan termasuk dalam sedikit humor yang bisa bikin penonton ketawa sejauh film ini diputar.

Jadi jangan berharap yang keren-keren. Ceritanya cuma nafsu bawah perut si Deadpool doang. Ya memang sih si Deadpool ini antihero, sudah seharusnya dia berpikir tentang dirinya sendiri. Tapi mbok ya ceritanya yang luas dikit, paling nggak dikasi kesempatan kek si Deadpool menyelamatkan dunia. Bukan menyelamatkan pantat pacarnya doang. Jujur saya nyesel ga baca komiknya dulu, eh, soalnya emang ga dapet sih. Kalo tau karakternya, pasti saya ga mau nonton filmnya. 🙂

Deadpool: Final Destination 8

Entah kenapa saya menonton film ini berasa nonton film yang menjijikkan. Saya masih bisa mentolerir adegan bermesraan yang konon 17++ itu. Namun saya tidak suka dengan adegan kekerasan yang berlebihan. Bahkan secara eksplisit menunjukkan tubuh yang tercerai berai. Saya benar-benar tidak menyukainya. Saya berasa nonton film Final Destination ke-8 yang bahkan belum atau tidak dibuat.

Bagaimana tidak, ada adagan orang diseret mobil, kepala pecah ditembak, menabrak sign arah dengan kecepatan tinggi dan lain sebagainya. Semua melibatkan darah yang bercucuran. Bagi saya itu menjijikkan. Pantas saja banyak yang protes kenapa bioskop tidak tegas terhadap batasan umur. Waktu belum lihat, saya pikir mereka hanya lebay saja. Ternyata setelah tahu film-nya beginian, eh, saya setuju, seharusnya anak-anak tidak boleh masuk.

Pada intinya saya menyesal menonton film ini. Mungkin salah saya juga sih. Lain kali saya akan melakukan budaya sensor mandiri dengan mencari tahu dulu seperti apa karakter yang akan difilmkan supaya tidak salah lagi. Bagaimana dengan kalian? Apa kalian menyukai Deadpool?

    ga sedangkal itu kalo menurut saya. sebagian besar orang di bioskop jg bisa nangkep humor nya (soalnya byk yg ketawa sih). dan kan memang di rate R 17+, anak” jelas ga boleh lah. jd lebih baik nonton trailer nya dulu sebelum beli tiket nya. di trailer jg ada adegan kepala ketembak, dsb. mungkin buat peringatan, buat yg ga suka ada adegan kekerasan

Secara emang udah di kasih tau film ini “strong and frequent language and violence, nudity for sexual purposes”.. Saya suka heran dengan mereka yg nonton film ini bersama anak, kemudian mencaci film ini bukan buat anak..

    Kalau masalah joke, sepertinya bukan karena joke mereka yg dangkal, tapi mungkin karena author yg ga sampe buat nangkep joke itu.. dalam artian, joke ini justru terlalu advance buat orang banyak.. haha.. Kan ga mungkin USA buat joke Indonesia.. hehe.. Saya nonton film ini, penonton lain banyak ketawa lho.. dan setelah acara selesai, dari yg saya denger.. mereka yg bukan Marvel fans aja (Terlihat dari pertanyaan mereka ke teman2nya) bilang ini film kocak..

    ya, pendapat adalah pendapat.. ga masalah sih sebenernya orang bilang film ini apa.. haha
