Layanan Tri Indie+, Prabayar Kenyamanan Pascabayar
Beberapa hari ini saya melihat dua iklan Indie+ dari operator Tri. Bintang iklannya adalah anak-anak kecil dengan dua versi, cewek dan cowok. Iklan ini menggunakan bahasa yang lugas khas anak kecil. Mungkin mayoritas dari anda sudah melihat iklan ini, kan?
Apa itu Tri Indie+ ?
Tagline “Layanan prabayar dengan kenyamanan paskabayar” membuat saya sungguh penasaran. Saya pun lalu mencari info dengan langsung masuk ke website Tri dan diarahke ke halaman khusus Tri Indie+ (http://indie.tri.co.id). Saya baca-baca semua halaman disitu dan terakhir mendarat di halaman FAQ. Tri Indie+ adalah layanan yang menggabungkan keuntungan prabayar dengan kenyamanan pascabayar. Jadi dengan Tri Indie+, anda bisa ngutang dulu, bayarnya belakangan.
Dua iklan Indie+, versi cewek dan cowok.
Iklannya lucu ya? Buat para “eksmud” yang hidupnya seperti yang dikatakan anak-anak diatas, tentu akan terasa “makjleb” banget tuh. 🙂
Bagaimana Indie+ bekerja?
Dari yang saya pahami, ada dua cara untuk mendapatkan layanan Indie+, yakni:
- Untuk pelanggan, membeli voucher Indie+ Gold (200 ribu) atau Indie+ Silver (100 ribu) dan mendapatkan pulsa dan kantong kredit seharga voucher tersebut.
- Untuk pelanggan baru harus membeli perdana Tri Indie+ senilai 225 ribu dengan dua macam pilihan di dalamnya.
Untuk lebih jelasnya bisa dibaca di halaman Tri Indie+ saja.
Apa yang dimaksud dengan kantong kredit?
Yang dimaksud dengan kantong kredit bukanlah seperti pascabayar yang mana anda bisa langsung menggunakan kartu anda untuk keperluan seperti telepon, sms dan internet. Sistem kantong kredit mengharuskan anda untuk bertransaksi menukarkan kredit anda dengan voucher prabayar. Misalnya saat anda kehabisan pulsa, maka anda harus menukarkan kredit anda menjadi pulsa sesuai dengan nominal yang anda inginkan. Yang cukup disayangkan, transaksi hanya bisa dilakukan dengan aplikasi BimaTri. Tentu saja untuk pelanggan yang tidak memiliki ponsel kelas menengah akan kesulitan mengadopsi program ini. Secara tidak langsung, layanan ini mirip dengan Axis Pinjam Pulsa yang saya vonis haram tempo hari.
Tinjauan hukum muamalah untuk Tri Indie+
Sebagai seorang muslim, saya tentu harus memperhatikan apakah suatu produk/layanan itu halal atau haram. Sebelumnya telah ada layanan yang meminjamkan pulsa yakni Axis Pinjam Pulsa yang jelas sekali haram karena mengandung riba. Nah, apakah layanan Indie+ ini halal atau haram? Mari kita bedah bersama-sama.

Gambar diatas adalah skema keuangan dari layanan Indie+ yang saya dapat dari website resminya. Dalam keterangan yang berada dibawahnya pada poin ketiga, dijelaskan bahwa pelanggan akan menerima tagihan pada tanggal 1 bulan berikutnya sebanyak pemakaian kredit. Ini berarti tidak ada biaya tambahan yang dibebankan kepada “pengutang”, yang mana hanya membayar sesuai pemakaian kreditnya saja. Jika pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan ketentuan ini, maka dalam tinjauan syariat Islam, hutang seperti ini halal hukumnya. Tri Indie+ ini sementara HALAL berdasarkan keterangan operator Tri. Saya belum mencoba dan belum tahu bagaimana tagihannya. Lagipula jika saya mencoba baru akan tahu tagihannya bulan depan, kan? 🙂
Apa Tri ga rugi? Kan ini prabayar, ga bayar tinggal ganti kartu
Saya rasa semua sudah diperhitungkan dengan benar oleh operator Tri. Saya bilang Tri tidak akan mengalami kerugian dengan sistem ini. Coba anda lihat syarat untuk mendapatkan kantong kredit ini tentu tidak mudah, kan? Setidaknya seseorang harus mengeluarkan uang minimal sebesar 100 ribu (pelanggan) dan 225 ribu (pelanggan baru) untuk mendapatkan Indie+. Nilai pulsa itu sendiri menurut akuntansi operator sangat fleksibel karena pulsa tidak memiliki biaya produksi seperti barang.
Yang saya belum tahu adalah berapa lama waktu yang diberikan oleh Tri untuk pembayaran kredit ini. Saya juga belum tahu apa sanksi bagi kartu Tri seseorang yang tidak membayar setelah periode waktu tertentu. Mungkin suatu saat saya akan bertanya kepada customer service Tri dan akan saya update disini. Tertarik dengan Indie+, silahkan dipelajari dan dicoba.
