Bagian ini sering disebut edamame, mengandung banyak isoflavon yang secara kimiawi mirip dengan estrogen. US National Institute of Health mengenali bahwa kacang hijau dapat memperbesar payudara, namun prakteknya hanya di level tradisi dan teori.
Makanan mengandung bromin
Makanan yang mengandung bromine seperti apel, pear, anggur dan kenari juga dipercaya dapat mempengaruhi ukuran payudara. Bromine mempengaruhi kelenjar tiroid. Kelenjar tiroid inilah yang mengatur pertumbuhan segala macam organ di dalam tubuh. Meskipun tidak signifikan, makanan-makanan diatas dapat menjadi makanan yang menyehatkan jika diasup bersama makanan pokok.
Makanan-makanan yang saya sebutkan diatas hanyalah suplemen atau pelengkap saja. Jika ingin membesarkan payudara, bukan berarti anda harus makan makanan itu setiap hari. Seharusnya tidak begitu, anda harus tetap mengasup makanan pokok. Oh ya, memperbesar payudara secara alami akan sangat efektif dilakukan jika dilakukan pada usia remaja atau awal dewasa, antara usia 12-25 tahun. Jika lebih dari itu, mungkin efeknya tidak akan terlalu terlihat.
