Goliath Burger dari Grand Aston Yogyakarta, Dahsyat!
Kemarin (6/10) dari pagi hingga sore saya mengikuti Kopdar Komunitas Blogger Jogja yang diselenggarakan di hotel Grand Aston Yogyakarta. Ini beneran Grand Aston, hotel baru yang berada di jalan Urip Sumoharjo 37, Yogyakarta itu lho. Kok bisa Komunitas Blogger Jogja kopdar disana?
Ini nih yang namanya Goliath Burger dari hotel Grand Aston Yogyakarta
Mengenai kenapa bisa Komunitas Blogger Jogja atau KBJ diundang kesana, itu akan diceritakan lain kali. Kali ini saya akan bercerita mengenai Goliat Burger. Sebuah burger yang berukuran raksasa dari Grand Aston Hotel. Gambarnya ada diatas, besar kan? Goliath Burger ini berdiameter 30 sentimeter. Konon katanya belum pernah ada orang yang bisa menghabiskan burger satu ini.
Apa sih istimewanya Goliath Burger?
Goliath Burger dibuat oleh koki profesional dari hotel bintang lima sekelas Grand Aston, sudah pasti rasanya tidak mengecewakan. Dari bocoran daftar bahan-bahan yang diterima oleh Komunitas Blogger Jogja, dapat saya simpulkan berat dari Goliath Burger ini sekitar 1 kilogram lebih. Berikut adalah komponen dari Goliath Burger.
- Burger bun atau roti burger yang ada wijennya itu, entah seberapa berat itu.
- Beef Patty atau daging burger 500 gram, jadi inget spongebob, kan?
- Pineapple slice, pasti tahu kan? Yap, irisan nanas sekitar 100 gram lho.
- Lettuce atau selada, cuma sekitar 100 gram aja.
- French fries atau kentang goreng, cuma 170 gram saja.
- Masih ada saus tomat, saus barbeque, tabasco, saus coklat dan bawang bombay.
- Tak ketinggalan cabe merah besar sebanyak 50 gram.
Dengan mengetahui komposisi Goliath burger, anda bisa membayangkan sendiri sekenyang apa jika memakannya sendiri. Namun ternyata itu tidak menghentikan 5 orang kawan kami untuk mencoba. Dany Suktiawan, Wahan Fathur Rahman, Muhammad Sasli, Arief Ramadhan dan tak ketinggalan pak Nurhadi mendaftar untuk berkompetisi menghabiskan burger ini.
Bagaimana hasil kompetisi makan Goliath Burger?
Kebetulan saya berperan sebagai time keeper pada saat itu karena peserta hanya diberi waktu 15 menit. Sudah saya tebak dari awal bahwa tidak akan ada yang bisa menghabiskannya. Kenapa? Ya karena ukuran Goliath Burger yang sensasional itu. Apalagi bahan-bahannya mengandung banyak protein. Umumnya manusia akan lebih mudah kenyang jika makanan yang diasup adalah protein.
Video diatas hasil rekaman dari Mf Abdullah, salah satu anggota Komunitas Blogger Jogja. Paling tidak dengan rekaman ini anda bisa tahu bagaimana serunya lomba makan Goliath Burger kemarin. Pada akhirnya memang tidak ada yang menang, namun tetap mendapatkan hadiah masing-masing sebuah travel bag dari hotel Grand Aston Yogyakarta. Oh ya, pak Nurhadi tidak mendapatkan hadiah karena menyerah sebelum waktunya habis. Bukan karena tidak kuat, tapi karena putrinya menangis. 🙂

Sebenarnya jika habis, maka si pemenang bisa mendapatkan kesempatan menginap selama satu malam di Grand Aston. Memang cuma sebentar, tapi lumayan kan? Grand Aston ini bintang lima, lho! Oh ya, Goliath Burger ini merupakan menu andalan Grand Aston. Jika anda ingin mencoba, silahkan datang ke Grand Aston, harganya murah kok, hanya 99 ribu. Tenang saja, tidak harus dimakan sendirian.
