Kopdar Blogger Nusantara, Sebuah Pelajaran Besar
Akhir bulan lalu telah diselenggarakan sebuah event yang melibatkan blogger seluruh Indonesia. Event apa itu? Tentu saja kopdar Blogger Nusantara. Kopdar yang berlangsung pada tanggal 30 November hingga 1 Desember 2013 ini bertempat di Rumah Budaya Joglo Abang, Sleman dan Desa Wisata Tembi, Bantul.

Saya sendiri masuk ke dalam kepanitiaan, sebagai ketua divisi 3 yang membawahi Transportasi, Akomodasi, Konsumsi dan Dekorasi. Memang bukan pertama kalinya saya ikut sebagai panitia sebuah event nasional, namun sebagai ketua yang membawahi bidang sebanyak itu, ini baru pertama kalinya.
Bagaimana pelaksanaan kopdar Blogger Nusantara?
Kopdar Blogger Nusantara memang tidak berjalan sesuai rencana, semua orang tahu itu. Rencananya kami akan membawa peserta ke Pagelaran, Keraton untuk “sowan/bertamu” kepada Sri Sultan, namun ternyata pihak keraton membatalkan acara tersebut. Jadi, mau bagaimana lagi, si empunya rumah tidak mau menerima tamu, tentu kita harus tahu diri, kan?
Sayang sekali, pembatalan itu terjadi kurang lebih 12 jam sebelum rangkaian acara kopdar Blogger Nusantara dimulai. Jadi panitia harus putar otak, semua panitia pusing bukan main. Divisi 1, acara harus merubah semua rundown yang sudah dipersiapkan jauh-jauh hari. Divisi 2 publikasi harus meralat ke semua media massa dan peserta. Tak lupa di divisi saya ada mas Wawan yang harus mengubah jadwal transportasi, Nugroho yang harus mengubah semua perlengkapan, dan Ipul yang harus mengubah setting konsumsi.
Maka dari itu panitia tidak tidur semalaman untuk menyiapkan rencana cadangan. Jika anda peserta #BN2013 dan menemui panitia sudah kurang bisa tersenyum atau kurang ramah, mungkin saja karena mereka capek. Meskipun begitu saya lihat mayoritas panitia bekerja dengan ramah dan luar biasa. Saya salut dengan teman-teman panitia yang stay calm meskipun keadaan berjalan tidak sesuai rencana.
Kopdar Blogger Nusantara tahun ini berantakan?
Ya, kami mengakui bahwa kopdar ini berantakan, jika ada yang menganggapnya demikian. Hampir 70 persen dari semua yang ada di kopdar Blogger Nusantara itu adalah inisiatif panitia di hari H. Mungkin mudah bagi orang lain mencemooh apa yang kami lakukan, namun percayalah jika kami bisa memilih, akan lebih baik kami tidak di posisi seperti itu.
Di kopdar Blogger Nusantara ini saya mendapat banyak pelajaran bagaimana menjadi pemimpin. Memimpin disaat keadaan landai itu mudah, namun disaat krisis, itulah yang tersulit. Saya jadi malu dan menyesal karena pernah sekali atau dua kali menghujat pemimpin negeri ini. Di kopdar Blogger Nusantara 2013 ini, keputusan saya untuk memasukkan semua peserta ke homestay diluar kesepakatan awal adalah keputusan tersulit yang saya keluarkan.
Butuh waktu 30 menit bagi saya berpikir dan kalkulasi semua kemungkinan, termasuk kemungkinan teman-teman panitia tidak mendapatkan tempat menginap dan harus tidur di joglo Sentono atau masjid-masjid. Keputusan sulit itu saya ambil karena saya melihat peserta-peserta yang datang tampak capek dan sangat disayangkan jika waktu mereka terbuang hanya untuk absen.
Lalu kesimpulan dari kopdar Blogger Nusantara ini apa?
Tidak ada. Semua orang punya kesimpulan masing-masing. Semua orang boleh menghujat, semua orang boleh memuji. Kami tidak mengklaim bahwa acara ini sukses, juga tidak mengatakan bahwa acara ini gagal. Semua kesimpulan kami serahkan kepada masing-masing peserta kopdar Blogger Nusantara. Ingat, PESERTA lho, ya. Kalo bukan peserta, ya ga usah bikin kesimpulan. Ikut aja nggak, itu sok tahu namanya.
Pada prinsipnya saya menjadi sadar bahwa ada banyak hal di dunia ini, bahkan mayoritas yang tidak bisa kita kendalikan. Salah satunya sudah ditunjukkan dalam acara ini. Kita tidak bisa mengontrol orang bagaimana ia berpendapat dan bagaimana ia berpikir. Seperti kata kakek saya, “kamu tidak akan bisa memaksa matahari terbit jika ini masih malam,” semua ada waktunya, semua ada urusannya sendiri-sendiri. 🙂
Jika boleh saya ambil kesimpulan, mereka yang mengerti esensi kopdar, justru menikmati acara kali ini. Salam Blogger! 🙂

cuman yang bikin saya (pribadi) kurang nyaman ya pas di joglo abang itu kok kesannya jadi promosi produk.. (terlalu ketara kalo sedang promosi produk) dan temponya terlalu lama sehingga membuat saya sedikit jenuh dengerinnya (bisa jadi karena dah mulai lapar 
) keseluruhan sih keren.. menjadikan pelajaran yang sangat berharga bagi saya jika kelak berada di posisi seperti kemaren 🙂 #MAKSIMAL!!!
