Cara Mengembalikan Stock ROM Lenovo A706
Berhubung saya sudah lelah mengoprek ROM, maka stock ROM Lenovo A706 adalah keputusan terakhir saya. Stock ROM adalah firmware bawaan pabrik saat kita membelinya.

Alasan memilih stock ROM
Selama saya mengubah ROM ke custom ROM Lenovo A706, saya tidak mengalami kepuasan yang maksimal. Ada saja kelemahan yang mendera custom ROM. Mulai dari baterai boros, tidak bisa install dari playstore, kadang error atau user interface sebagian berbahasa Tiongkok yang tidak saya mengerti. Selain itu ada juga yang simpel, seperti HiMax Slim, namun memiliki system UI yang justru lebih ribet dari Stock ROM.
Yah, semua adalah pilihan. Jika custom ROM tidak ada yang memuaskan saya, bukan berarti itu tidak bagus. Mungkin pendapat orang bisa berbeda. Silahkan mencoba dulu, merasakan, baru deh ambil kesimpulan. Mengembalikan Lenovo A706 ke stock ROM sebenarnya juga memiliki tendensi lain, yakni pengen bikin custom ROM berdasarkan stock ROM. Awalnya saya belum kepikiran menulis tutorialnya disini, namun ada salah satu pengunjung yang mengirim email tentang ini, sebut saja namanya Erick.
Cara flashing stock ROM Lenovo A706
Cara untuk melakukan flashing stock ROM ini sangat mudah. Bahkan bisa dikatakan paling mudah dibandingkan cara flashing custom ROM A706. Hal yang paling penting adalah memastikan bahwa baterai ponsel anda dalam keadaan penuh. Hal ini untuk menjaga supaya kesialan tidak menimpa anda, yakni mati pada saat proses sedang berlangsung.
Setelah anda yakin bahwa baterai ponsel Lenovo A706 anda dalam keadaan penuh, maka anda bisa mulai melakukan flashing stock ROM A706. Caranya sebagai berikut:
- Download stock ROM versi 20 yang support sdfuse disini: http://go.hanyalewat.science/6562006/stock-rom-a706-sdupdate.zip
- Sementara menunggu download, anda bisa membackup file-file yang mungkin anda butuhkan. Itu sih jika ponsel Lenovo A706 anda masih bisa masuk sistem. 🙂
- File hasil download tersebut kurang lebih 534 MB bernama sd-card-update.7z, setelah selesai silahkan ekstrak file menggunakan WinRAR atau 7Zip. Akan didapat file bernama qcom_sdcard_update.qsb di dalam folder bernama rel.
- Buat folder bernama sdfuse di dalam microSD. Masukkan file qcom_sdcard_update.qsb ke dalamnya. Masukin file-nya bisa langsung via ponsel (jika ponsel masih bisa masuk sistem) atau via card reader. Terserah deh, mana yang bisa anda lakukan. Jangan lupa pasang lagi microSD ke Lenovo A706 anda.
- Matikan ponsel, cabut baterai sebentar lalu pasang lagi. Setelah itu tekan tombol volume down dan power. Jika sudah terasa hidup, lepaskan tombol power, tapi tahan tombol volume down. Jika keluar layar berwarna hitam dengan tulisan besar-besar, maka anda melakukannya dengan benar dan lepaskan tombol volume down.
- Gunakan tombol volume down untuk menyorot menu SD Update. Menu yang disorot akan berwarna merah. Jika sudah tersorot, tekan tombol Power. Selanjutnya tekan tombol power sekali lagi untuk mulai upgrade.
- Letakkan gadget Lenovo A706 anda, biarkan saja sampai selesai. Mungkin anda bisa menunggu sambil berdoa, baca Yasin atau apalah, supaya lancar. Setelah keluar menu lagi, tekan tombol Power dan ponsel anda akan reboot.
Proses reboot ini akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Kurang lebih waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 10-15 menit. Biarkan saja, sabarlah menunggu, jangan diapa-apakan. Jika sudah keluar bootscreen animation Lenovo dan terdengar suara boot yang khas itu, berarti anda sudah sukses mengembalikan stock ROM Lenovo A706. Setelah itu, terserah anda, mau langsung root lewat cara ini, atau diupdate OTA dulu, silahkan. Ada pertanyaan? Silahkan berkomentar.

1. Harus di microSD.
2. Bikin folder sdfuse di microSD nya.
3. File qsb nya masukin ke situ.

Bikin lagi folder sdfuse dan masukkan file qsb nya kesana.

Sejauh ini belum ada yang bug free. Saya pakai cusrom Himax, bug nya cuma ga bisa dicharge sambil dimatiin. Solusinya di-flight mode.
Mas lenovo saya mengalami bootloop, cara ini bisa dipakai kan? 🙂

Selama bisa masuk droidboot (caranya ada diatas), maka cara ini bisa dipake buat nyembuhin bootloop.
