Gadis SMA bernama Sonya, Sebuah Pelajaran
Belakangan menyebar video tentang seorang gadis SMA bernama Sonya yang membentak Polantas Wanita yang hendak menilangnya. Tindakan ibu polantas tersebut sudah benar, namun rupanya sang gadis manis ini tidak terima.
Belakangan gadis ini mengidentifikasikan dirinya sebagai puteri dari Irjen Arman Depari, deputi bidang penindakan Badan Narkotika Nasional. Apa maksudnya? Tentu saja untuk menggertak ibu polantas supaya tidak ditilang. Kejadian ini terabadikan pada sebuah video yang lalu menjadi viral di internet.
Apa yang kita dapat dari gadis SMA ini?
Jujur saja, saya tidak kaget dengan sikap dan tindakan gadis yang ada di video tersebut. Dia bukan yang pertama dan satu-satunya. Hanya dia saja yang apes terekam video dan lalu menyebar ke internet. Belakangan bahkan diidentifikasi bahwa gadis ini bukan puteri dari Irjen Arman Depari, namun hanya keponakan.
Ayolah, mari kita jujur, mayoritas dari kita pernah menemukan hal semacam ini. Bahkan ada yang berperilaku seperti ini. Saya sendiri pernah menemui perilaku yang serupa, seorang pria yang mengaku saudaranya kerja di Polda DIY, ketika kena razia kendaraan bermotor. Mungkin saja hal ini juga bukan satu-satunya dan juga bukan terakhir. Masih banyak Sonya-Sonya yang lain di luar sana.
Perilaku Sonya yang baru berusia kurang lebih 17 tahun, tentu saja tidak akan seperti itu jika mayoritas masyarakat kita tidak berperilaku demikian di jalan raya. Dari gesture-nya tampak bahwa itu sebuah hal yang lazim, dia pasti pernah melihat atau melakukan itu sebelumnya. Entah itu bersama saudaranya atau orang terdekatnya, kita tidak pernah tahu.
Belain Sonya, ya? Mentang-mentang dia manis?
Tidak. Untuk apa saya membela dia, kenal aja nggak. Sebenarnya yang ingin saya sampaikan adalah bagaimana kita harusnya bersikap sewajarnya dalam hal ini. Kita sudah tahu bahwa perilaku tersebut salah, tidak bisa dibenarkan dalam kondisi dan alasan apapun. Tak perlu ikutan mencela, mem-bully ataupun ikut menyebarkan komentar/meme yang menyudutkan. Jangan sampai menghujat karena merasa diri sendiri lebih baik, itu penyakit hati lho.
Buatlah si Sonya ini sebagai contoh dari perilaku yang buruk dan berjanji dalam hati tidak akan melakukan perbuatan yang serupa. Kita buktikan kepada Yang Maha Melihat bahwa kita lebih baik. Ya kalau salah kena tilang, minta aja form tilang warna merah, sidang di pengadilan. Pengalaman saya sih, sidang tilang itu tidak lama dan “murah”. Anggap saja liburan ke pengadilan. Hehe.
Bukankah itu lebih baik?
Bagi saya, hukuman sosial dibully, dijadikan bahan becandaan dan sebagainya tidak cocok untuk seorang gadis SMA berusia 18 tahun. Apalagi kita dengar bahwa ayahnya meninggal dalam waktu dekat ini. Bisa bayangkan rasa bersalah yang dia tanggung? Meskipun namanya mati itu takdir. Saya bisa katakan, hidupnya pasti tidak akan sama lagi setelah ini.
Lagipula, jika hukuman sosialnya ternyata lebih besar daripada yang dia pantas terima, bisa jadi dosa Sonya ditanggung oleh orang yang nge-bully. Hayo? Mau nanggung dosa padahal ga ikutan ngelakuin kesalahannya? Be wise, people. 🙂
