Scrummy Bareng Blogger, Semacam Buka Bersama
Jogja Scrummy (bacanya skrumi) mengadakan acara bareng para blogger tanggal 17/06 kemarin. Nama acaranya Scrummy Bareng Blogger. Hm, semacam buka bersama Blogger Jogja dan Jogja Scrummy, gitu.
Hm, aku cuma kelihatan kepala doang. 🙂
Acaranya di De Kendhil Resto, di jalan Kaliurang. Itu lho, kalau dari utara, sebelah kiri jalan, sebelum Kalimilk. Dekorasinya penuh dengan genthong dari tanah liat, jadi mirip tempat jualan gerabah, cuma agak mewahan. Hehehe.
Scrummy Bareng Blogger ngapain tuh?
Ya sama seperti acara blogger pada umumnya, duduk, ngedengerin presentasi, ada sesi tanya jawab, dan sebagainya. Cuma beda di konten aja sih. Kali ini ada kontent insight tentang Jogja Scrummy berupa video. Salah satunya adalah video grand opening outlet pertama Jogja Scrummy tahun lalu yang di jalan Kaliurang. Lumayan rame emak-emak. Karena ada abang Dude Harlino, kali ya.
Menu buka puasanya udah siap, lho!
Dalam pemaparan ini sebenarnya ada sesi video call dengan Dude Harlino, tetapi berhubung beliaunya juga sedang ada acara bukber dengan rumah produksinya, maka sesi video call-nya cuma bisa sebentar. Paling tidak sempat menjawab pertanyaan dari salah satu blogger, kenapa warna Jogja Scrummy dominan oranye. Jawabannya simpel, yakni karena warna oranye itu fresh and refreshing (translasi: segar dan menyegarkan).
Jogja Scrummy akan berulangtahun pada 23 Juni 2017. Pencapaian yang sudah dilakukan dalam setahun ini, antara lain:
- Rekrutmen karyawan asli Yogyakarta, mayoritas dari desa Nanggulan, Kulonprogo, DIY
- Penambahan 3 outlet, yakni di Malioboro (utara pasar Pathuk), Katamso dan Adi Sutjipto (ruko Babarsari)
- Ikut andil dalam mendongkrak pariwisata Jogja dengan mendukung kegiatan ASITA, Dinas Pariwisata, PHRI dan lainnya
- Menghadirkan sekitar 200 produk UKM di outlet Jogja Scrummy, bekerjasama dengan sistem konsinyasi
- Menghadirkan Premium Carrot Cake dengan bahan wortel yang dihasilkan oleh petani dari lereng Merapi
Dipaparkan juga bahwa Jogja Scrummy sangat konsen dalam gaya hidup sehat masyarakat dengan menyajikan menu-menu sehat. Cake yang dibuat Jogja Scrummy dipastikan bebas bahan pengawet dan menggunakan tepung kentang yang diakui sebagai tepung non-gluten. Dengan tepung non-gluten, maka produk Jogja Scrummy aman dikonsumsi oleh mereka yang memiliki masalah pencernaan.
Tentang Jogja Scrummy Premium Carrot Cake
Salah satu produk Jogja Scrummy yang disajikan di acara ini adalah Premium Carrot Cake. Ada 5 varian Premium Carrot Cake, yakni Frozting Cheese, Caramel, Peanut, Cheese dan Chocolate. Salah satu bentuk varian Premium Carrot Cake Cheese adalah seperti foto dibawah ini:

Ada yang lucu karena yang ikut bukber ini adalah foodist dan blogger (+vlogger), cake-cake yang disajikan cuma dipotret dan dishoot aja sampai acaranya selesai. Padahal sedianya ini boleh dimakan saat buka puasa. Akhirnya ya masih sisa sampai acara selesai. Eh, tapi aku sempat makan beberapa kok. Hehehe.
Dah, cuma itu aja, acaranya juga singkat, jam 5 kurang mulai, selesai jam 7, jadi ya ga banyak yang bisa diceritakan. Ditutup dengan do’a dan foto bersama. Itu tuh, fotonya ada di bagian atas, yang ternyata aku cuma keliatan kepala aja. Pulangnya masih dikasi oleh-oleh sebungkus (apa sepaket ya?) Premium Carrot Cake, yang akan aku review setelah artikel ini terbit.
